Easy Garlic Bisquick Biscuits

Biscuits as easy as one, two, three, four.  Because there’s only four ingredients and ten-minutes of your time required to make these fluffy biscuits!  We are “cheating” today and using Bisquick to make these biscuits.  No butter or fat in these biscuits either, so they are a tad healthier than your typical southern buttery biscuit.

What you do with these biscuits, and how you choose to have them accompany your meal, is entirely up to you.  Because really, the options are endless.  I made these biscuits to go with my Healthy Crockpot Split Pea Soup.  Soooooooo good.

Did I mention these are “drop” style biscuits?  Yep.  No flouring your work surface and having to roll and cut out dough.  These are easy peasy, remember!  Just mix up in a bowl (takes like 30-seconds), drop on a cookie sheet (a minute) and then bake (9-minutes).  So from start to finish, we are at just over ten-minutes.  So no excuse not to make these!

Serves: 7 Cooking Time: 9-minutes

  • 2-1/4 cups Bisquick
  • 2/3 cup milk (I used 2% milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (NOT GARLIC SALT)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh, minced raw garlic

Preheat oven to 450-degrees and line one cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a medium-sized bowl, add the Bisquick, milk, garlic powder and minced garlic. Stir until combined.

Drop biscuit dough (approximately 1/4 cup of dough) onto prepared cookie sheet, leaving a few inches in between each biscuit.

Bake biscuits in 450-degree oven for 9-minutes or until the tops of the biscuits are just starting to brown. Remove baked biscuits from the oven and transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

Store leftover biscuits in an airtight container at room temperature. Leftover biscuits can be warmed up for 5-seconds in the microwave. Biscuits stay fresh for 4-5 days.
